All deposits made to hh178 are considered final once credited to a Member's Balance and used for wagering. hh178 does not offer refunds on deposited funds that have been wagered. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment reversal through a third-party payment provider constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, and hh178 reserves the right to recover any reversed amounts from the Member's Account or through other lawful means.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Where bonus abuse is identified, hh178 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close the offending Account(s) without prior notice.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Balance without compensation. Members are responsible for tracking bonus validity periods within their Account dashboard.
All sportsbook bets are subject to hh178's applicable sport-specific rules. hh178 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle bets at amended odds in the following circumstances: manifest pricing errors; match abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours; events declared null and void by the relevant governing body; or evidence of match manipulation. Bets voided by hh178 will have the stake returned to the Member's Balance. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets in which one or more legs are voided will be recalculated as if those legs were not included in the original selection.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension at any point during a match at hh178's sole discretion, including during scoring events, video reviews, or periods of technical uncertainty. Bets accepted during a period of erroneous live prices due to data feed error are subject to voiding. hh178 shall not be liable for any financial impact arising from connectivity issues experienced by the Member during live betting.
